About the service

BIT Study Hub by ebit is an independent educational platform with study resources, quizzes, lesson pages, planning tools and a member community. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by a university. Content is provided to support study and revision, not as an official course notice or guarantee of exam results.

Your account

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not access another person’s account or try to bypass membership, semester or administrator restrictions. Contact support if you think your account has been used without permission.

Membership and payment

Free and premium features are identified on the site. A package’s current price, duration and included features are shown on the package and checkout pages; they may change for future purchases. To request premium access, choose the appropriate semester, provide your BIT student ID and WhatsApp number, and submit an offline bank-transfer receipt or use an available promo code.

Bank-transfer access is subject to manual review. Uploading a receipt does not activate a membership immediately; access begins after approval. Check the account name and number shown at checkout before transferring funds. If a payment is missing, duplicated or made in error, contact support with the reference so it can be reviewed. Do not upload someone else’s receipt without permission.

Community conduct

Use chat, feedback and support respectfully. Do not harass others, share private information without permission, post spam or unsafe content, submit false quiz results, or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may remove content or restrict access when necessary to protect students and the service.

Study materials and external links

Resources are for your personal study. Respect the rights of their creators; do not re-upload, sell or redistribute material unless you have permission. Some lessons or resources link to other websites, including video platforms. Those websites have their own terms and availability, and we do not control their content.

We work to keep resources accurate, but mistakes and outdated information can occur. Check important academic dates, assessment instructions and requirements against official sources.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how account, study, community and payment information is handled. Your leaderboard visibility can be changed in your profile. Do not post information in chat that you would not want other members in your semester to see.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the site, and features or resources may change. We may update these terms as the platform develops. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you should review the revised terms.

Questions or problems

For membership, payment, content or account questions, open a support ticket from your account or use the contact options on the home page. We will review requests, including payment concerns, in line with applicable law.
